Calculating the temperature field distribution in an electrical machine
Čermák, Jan ; Veselka, František (referee) ; Janda, Marcel (advisor)
The aim of this work was to create a 3D model of an asynchronous motor on which it is possible to perform temperature and other simulations using the Ansys Workbench computational software. The whole work consists of the theory of warming of electric machines, the separate construction of a 3D model and its temperature analysis.
Acute effect of warming up on the speed of tennis serve
Gavendová, Karolína ; Jebavý, Radim (advisor) ; Kočíb, Tomáš (referee)
Abstracts Title: Acute effect of warming up on the speed of tennis serve Objectives: Compare the influence of a dynamic warm-up with tennis racquet, dynamic warm up with elastic resistance and dynamic warm-up with medicine ball on the speed of tennis serve. Methods: To fulfil the aim it was to use the radar Stalker Pro II. The obtained results after each warm-up has been processed to the average and maximum values and then compared with each other. Results: In this work, it is not possible to confirm acute positive influence of the specific dynamic warm up. In terms of average and maximum values after single warming up it was evident, that the lowest values were obtained after dynamic warm up with elastic resistance and the maximum values were achieved after dynamic warm up with medicine ball at category of kids and after dynamic warm with tennis racquet at category of adults Keywords: tennis serve, speed, warming up, dynamic stretch

Warm up in ice hockey
Arnošt, Daniel ; Jebavý, Radim (advisor) ; Vojta, Zdeněk (referee)
Title: Warming up for ice hockey Objectives: The aim of these bachelor theses is to create a survey about warm up for ice hockey. Based on a survey, study of specialized literature and consultation with selected trainers I suggest a battery of exercises on a selected part of self-myofascial release with selected tools (foam rollers, balls). Methods: For the purpose of this bachelor thesis a quantitative scientific method was used. The data was obtained using the poll method. Data has been embedded in Excel. From these data, tables and charts were created. Results: Players spend longer time before the game than before training. Next results have confirmed that players have knowledge of mobilization, activation and self-myofascial release exercises. They use specific tools - foam rollers, resistance bands and balls. I create a battery of exercises for self-myofascial release. Keywords: ice hockey, warming up, foam roller, mobility, SMR
Warm up in ice hockey
Arnošt, Daniel ; Jebavý, Radim (advisor) ; Vojta, Zdeněk (referee)
Title: Warming up for ice hockey Objectives: The main aim of these bachelor theses is to collect information from the professional literature on the ice hockey warming, in particular from the part - mobility. Find out how players use and develop during their warm-up. From the lessons learned, suggest a possible stack of exercises from which players can derive. Methods: For the purpose of this bachelor thesis a quantitative scientific method was used. The data was obtained using the poll method. Data has been embedded in Excel. From these data, tables and charts were created. Results: Poll methods I found most players prefer individual warm-ups to groups. The warm up time takes much longer before the match. In warm-up, players use a combination of static and dynamic exercises. The most common tool used is "Foam roller". There is knowledge of mobilization exercises. I'm attaching exercise stack to mobility. Keywords: ice hockey, warming up, stretching, mobility, mobility and stability stimulation
